The proposed UBA Building in Lagos reimagines the design language of commercial structures in the bustling city of Lagos, Nigeria. This project challenges the typical utilitarian approach, introducing a bold and thought-provoking architectural identity.
Design Features
Innovative Façade: The building features clean, modern lines with bold red and white accents that balance formality and creativity.
Dual Structures: The two connected buildings foster openness and collaboration, with ample natural lighting and communal spaces.
Dynamic Ground Floor: Designed for multifunctional use, the ground floor is activated with landscaping, pedestrian pathways, and a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor spaces.
This project reinvents the commercial building persona in Lagos, contributing to the city’s modern skyline while creating a functional and aesthetically inspiring workspace. It sets a precedent for how corporate architecture can merge innovation with community engagement.
